Customer support

Support gets the same questions every day. The system answers what's repetitive and hands to a person what isn't.

What we automate here

  • Ticket classification and routing to the right person
  • Answers to frequent questions from your documentation, with escalation
  • Order or account status checks without an operator
  • Daily report: volume, response time, recurring themes

What we build here

  • A customer support portal with history and status
  • A knowledge base that updates from resolved tickets
  • A new support channel — chat, email, phone — integrated with existing systems

A system in this function

Ticket triage with human escalation

Architecture
Tickets arrive from email and a form into a queue. A classifier tags them by theme and urgency and routes them. For themes covered by documentation, the system proposes an answer an operator approves with one click; after a measured period of accuracy, consistently approved answers go out directly. Everything not covered goes to a person, with context already gathered.
Connected systems
Email (IMAP/SMTP) · Web form · Existing help desk · Internal documentation
What it would take over
Triage and repetitive answers — the first half of a support operator's day.
